Nuclear polyhedrosis virus

September 2006. A member was interested in the use of Nuclear polyhedrosis virus, NPV, as a control for cutworm (Spodoptera litura) on cabbage.

NPV is very effective against S. litura. It is also simple to produce, after the initial purchase of a commercial product.
