Bagworm on Saraca indica

March 2008. A request from India, for the identification and control of a bagworm on Saraca indica in India.

It was thought to be Leptocorisa (Alydidae). It was also thought to feed on seeds of grass – they can build up in large numbers if rice or other grasses are flowering in the area
