October 2010. A beetle from Cook Islands sent for identification. No details were given of where it was found.

It was said to be an aphodiine scarab, similar to Rhyssemus. The world genera have been recently revised by Zdzislawa Stebnicka, Polish Academy of Sciences, Krakow.
