August 2013. A request from India to identify what maybe a slime mould on the leaf of Trichosanthes dioica (pointed gourd). It had been raining for the last 25 days.

There was no response from members, so the image was sent to Dr Teresa Lebel, Herbarium, Botanic Gardens, Melbourne. She agreed that it was likely to be a slime mould and gave the names of experts who might be able to identify the mould from the photo.
