May 2016. A caterpillar feeding on a sea crape tree (Coccoloba uvifera) in Marshall Islands. The damage caused by the caterpillar is significant, although so far only one tree has been seen.
It was thought to be the larva of Cephonodes, the hummingbird hawkmoth. The colour of the larvae varies considerably. It is possible that Coccoloba is a new host record.
