October 2010. Insects from the underside of coconut leaves from Andhra Pradesh, India.
It was identified as Hemiptera: Homoptera: Derbidae, and may well be Protista moesta. Protista sucks the sap from maize and many other plants. Usually, it is not considered to cause economic injury. It is common in Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
