They are not rice weevils. The photo on the top left resembles the Saw toothed grain beetle, Oryzaephilus. Saw toothed beetles are dark brown and have a row of saw-like sharp teeth on each side of the prothroax. They are secondary pests; the larvae and adults feed on broken grains.
Details are needed on size and colour, with close-up photos of antennae, elytra and thorax.
The others are Tribolium sp.
