The surface cells get damaged, so that when the fruit expands cracking occurs. If this is the cause, a surface ‘scraping’ insect, such as thrips might be the cause.
The problem on the leaves is different. It could be sooty mould. Can it be scraped off? Is it only on one side of the leaf.
